TLC is located in Safety Building in the District of Downtown Rock Island.
From Davenport: Cross the Centennial Bridge and come to the first stop light,
3rd Ave. At the light, turn left and travel through 3 stop signs. TLC will be on the
right just past the intersection of 18th Street.
From Moline: Follow River Drive west toward Rock island. River Drive will turn
into 4th Ave when you reach the city limits. Turn right at 18th Street and the next
right on 3rd Avenue. We will be immediately on the right.
From I-74(east): Follow the I-280 West toward Des Monies . Exit on IL-92 E via
EXIT 11B toward Rock Island. Follow IL-92 for 4.5 miles to 18th Street. Turn
Right to 3rd Avenue, then left on 3rd Avenue. TLC is on the immediate right.
From Des Monies: Follow I-280 south towards Moline International Airport. Exit
on IL-92 via Exit 11 toward Rock Island. Follow IL-92 for 4.5 miles to 18th Street.
Turn Right to 3rd Avenue, then left on 3rd Avenue. TLC is on the immediate right.

free parking spaces as well as a few 30-minute & 1 hour metered spaces. If you
are a new patient, please park in the two-hour spots due to the increased time
you will spend in our office. If you park in the metered spots, please note that
